Here are the Terms and Conditions 

• Entry to Klayzo will be acknowledged via a confirmation email and receipt of tickets.

• Entry into the zone is permitted only for children over 4 years and upto 8 years of age

• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, refunded or cancelled. Only rescheduled

• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

• In the unlikely event of no-show of any promised celebrity/chief guests/Brand Ambassador, Klayzo will not be liable to any costs, expenses, charges, losses, claims, damages, liabilities or refund of the ticket amount or any kind of liability.

• By registering for the event, attendees understand and agree that he/she shall attend the Event entirely at his/her own risk and that no responsibility whatsoever shall attach to Klayzo, its Directors, Shareholders, employees, representatives, brand ambassador or any person involved in the organisation of the Event for any injury, accidents, loss or damage suffered in, or by reason of, the Event, however such may be caused.

• Photographs/video may be taken in the center. You agree that these photographs/video may be used for any purpose including, but not limited to, promotion, advertising and public relations without further compensation or consent.

• Whilst Klayzo takes every care, all visitors acknowledge that personal accident and personal items insurance is their sole responsibility.

• Klayzo shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of or to personal equipment belonging to the child or accompanying adults, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising during the event. Klayzo shall not be liable to any person for any loss of business, revenue or profit, loss of reputation, anticipated savings or wasted expenditure.

• Nothing in this agreement shall affect Klayzo liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or any other liability to the extent it cannot be excluded or limited by law.

• In all arrangements involving third parties, Klayzo act only as agent and no liability of any kind whatsoever shall be attached to Klayzo in connection with or arising from such an arrangement with a third party.

• Klayzo reserves the right at any time to cancel, delay or postpone the event for any reason, including (without limitation) adverse weather conditions, COVID-19 restrictions, an emergency situation or unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances within reasonable control. In such cases, Klayzo will endeavour to inform all visitors as quickly as is possible. Should the event being cancelled for any reason, Klayzo shall not be liable for any inconvenience, expense, cost, loss or damage suffered by visitors. Registration may not be deferred towards any future events. In an extreme scenario of the event getting cancelled, Klayzo will refund the amount to the participants.

• Klayzo is not responsible for any negative effect of food items or drinks consumed by the attendees inside the venue.

• Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes, and any banned/controlled substances, including outside food, will not be permitted at the event.

• Parking near or around the venue is at the risk of the vehicle owner.

• By way of purchasing the ticket for entry to the event, the child, purchaser, and attendee of the event hereby affirm that they have read and understood the Terms & Conditions herein in full and agree to all terms and conditions.

• These terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Klayzo without any notice.

• No failure or delay on the part of any party to the exercise of any right, power, privilege, or remedy provided under these conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right, power, or remedy.

• These terms and Conditions shall be governed by Indian Law, and parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdictions of the courts of Bangalore, India for the determination of any dispute between in relation to, under, or connected with these Terms and Conditions.

• If any part of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these Terms and Conditions will be maintained.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

• It is mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms

• Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.

• Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (Events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State

• Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Klayzo reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.

• Klayzo does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued as a result of your participation.

• The above guidelines are currently mandatory for Delhi/NCR, Maharashtra and Karnataka. These terms and conditions may vary depending on the state where the event is held and are subject to changes.
