The Pricing Strategy Team at Klayzo is responsible for implementing and maintaining this Pricing Policy. However, all employees involved in sales, marketing, and customer service activities should understand and adhere to this policy.
Our prices are determined based on cost, market conditions, competitive landscape, customer value perception, and strategic objectives. We strive to price our products and services competitively, while ensuring the financial sustainability of our business.

Late Payment Fees: Late fees will be charged at pickup, if the delay is beyond a 15 minute time frame

Discounts, sales, and promotional pricing are used strategically to boost sales volume and attract new customers. All discounting initiatives must be carefully planned, taking into consideration our overall profitability and brand image. Discount offerings must be approved by the Pricing Strategy Team.
DCoupon promotions are a valuable tool for customer engagement. Coupons must clearly specify their validity, terms of use, and the products or services to which they apply. Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw coupons at any time, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Klayzo reserves the right to decline discounts, promotions, or coupons if they have been misused, expired, or if a pricing error has occurred. Such rights will be exercised in a fair and lawful manner.
Price adjustments are necessary in response to changes in costs, market conditions, or strategic goals. Any adjustments will be considered carefully, taking into account their potential impact on customers.

By using this website and making bookings/ trasnsactions through same, You agree to be bound by Terms contained in this Policy without modification.
Fees once paid is not refundable. We donot provide refund for any services made through our platform (website) , except where required by law
Sessions can be rescheduled, if intimated 24 hours before start of session

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
– Change of mind
– Dissatisfaction with the service
– Technical issues or compatibility problems
– Cancellation of a subscription or service.

We reserve the right to modify this No Refund Policy at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated through other appropriate means.
By making a purchase through our platform, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this No Refund Policy.
In consideration of being allowed to the Klayzo area and/or participate in any activities, part/ play and child drop off offered by klayzo, the undersigned parent on his or her behalf,and on behalf of the participant(s) identified above, acknowledges, appreciates and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
All reservations must be made no later than 24 hours before the session.
All items bought from home must be labelled with the participant including water bottle.
The Parent must notify Klayzo of any known allergies, medical conditions, or other special needs affecting themselves or their children prior to participating in any activities.
Rescheduling can take place only once with minimum 12 hours prior intimation.
No credit or refund is due for all no-shows and all cancellations within 12 hours prior to the session.
The Parent acknowledges that participation in Klayzo activities, use of Klayzo facilities, or attendance at Klayzo events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other unforeseeable risks. The Parent voluntarily assumes full responsibility for such risks and agrees to use all Klayzo facilities and participate in events at their own risk.
The Parent is responsible for ensuring that their children are in good health and able to participate in Klayzo activities and agree to refrain from participating if they or their children are suffering from any health condition that may be aggravated by such participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Parent agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Klayzo, its officers, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with participation in Klayzo activities or use of Klayzo facilities, including but not limited to claims related to: a. Personal injury, death, or property damage. b. Loss or theft of personal belongings. c. Acts or omissions of other Parents or third parties. d. Loss as a result of the Klayzo’s failure
At any given point, if there is proven gross negligence on part of Klayzo, the aggregate monetary liability of Klayzo or its affiliates to the Parent, or to Parent’s employees, agents, guests and invitees for any reason and for all causes of action, will not exceed the total membership fees paid by the Parent to the Klayzo under this Agreement. Klayzo and its affiliates will not be liable under any cause of action, for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.
In case of an emergency, the Parent authorizes the Klayzo to seek necessary medical treatment, including emergency medical services, hospitalization, or surgery, if required, on their behalf or on behalf of their children. The Parent is responsible for any costs incurred for emergency medical care and agrees to provide current and accurate emergency contact information to the Klayzo.
The parent hereby testify that the child is toilet trained and that they can use the bathroom with minimal accompaniment of staff member.
If the Parent is signing on behalf of a minor child, they acknowledge that they are the legal guardian of the minor, and agree to the following: a. The terms of this Agreement apply equally to the minor; b. The Parent waives any and all claims on behalf of the minor related to participation in Klayzo activities or the use of Klayzo facilities; c. The Parent agrees to ensure that the minor adheres to all Klayzo rules, guidelines, and the Code of Conduct.
The Parent grants the Klayzo permission to use any photographs, video recordings and or record the child(ren) and/or wards on closed circuit television without compensation to me or my child(ren)., or other media taken during Klayzo activities for promotional or marketing purposes, including on the Klayzo ’s website, social media channels, and other media, without compensation.
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Karnataka, India. In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from or related to this Agreement, the Parent agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation or negotiation in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration, in accordance with the laws of India. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding upon the parties.
